Intelligence in every tool.
Voice when your hands are dirty. Citations when the call matters. Memory for every VIN.
Hands on the wrench. Voice on the diagnosis.
Hold the mic key. Talk like you'd talk to your service writer. Olympus transcribes and runs the same diagnostic loop, no typing required. Your hands stay on the wrench.
lympus · the eight-phase arcEvery diagnosis follows the same proven structure.
Interview. Triage. Pattern Match. Differentiator. Evidence Gathering. Repair Decision. Verification. Anticipatory. The arc you already walk on every real diagnosis, made visible. You always know which phase Olympus is in and what comes next.
Reads every module. Sorts by what to chase.
Olympus streams every self-test from every module on the vehicle, in real time. Auto-buckets the codes the way you would: Active MIL first, MIL-latched second, intermittents and historicals filtered out of the noise. 47 modules read in seconds, not a half-hour of clipboard work.
Every recommendation links to a real OEM source.
Procedure numbers. Torque specs. Wiring diagrams. Olympus pulls from the OEM's own service publications and shows you the citation right there in the conversation. No black-box AI. Source is one click away if you want to verify.
The vehicle is remembered. Across sessions, across techs.
Every Olympus session writes to the vehicle's record. When the same VIN comes back in, you walk into the bay with full context: prior repairs, unresolved flags, recurring patterns. No more re-asking the customer what was done last time. The vehicle's history is yours.
How a diagnosis flows.
Type the symptoms. Olympus diagnoses.
Type it like you'd say it.
Plain English. Dashboard messages, customer complaints, shop-floor talk. Olympus parses what you wrote and asks the next question that gets you closer.
Scans every module. Sorts what matters first.
Olympus streams every self-test from every module on your vehicle. Reads the buckets the way you do, only faster. Your customer complaint pinned to the right code in seconds.
From terminal to your hands.
Pin numbers. Sensor names. Connector locations. In priority order. You walk to the bay already knowing where to point the multimeter.
Repair, then re-read the flags.
Olympus re-runs the self-test. The J2012 flags update right there in the conversation. The failed-this-cycle flag flips from true to false. Your repair is documented before the customer pulls out of the bay.
The questions you ask first.
Does Olympus replace my OEM diagnostic tool?
No. Olympus sits on top of your OEM diagnostic software. You still run it for the bridge to the vehicle. Olympus is the diagnostic intelligence on top of that data, the part your scan tool doesn't do.
Does it work offline?
No. Olympus lives in the cloud. You need an internet connection on the bay computer.
How does it learn from real repairs?
Run /feedback +1 (or -1) at the end of a diagnostic, with optional notes. That feedback flows into Olympus's training and improves the next model release. Your feedback makes the model better for everyone.
What if Olympus has never seen a code before?
It falls back to first-principles reasoning grounded in the OEM service publications. It will say so explicitly: 'I don't have a prior pattern for this code, here's what the WSM says about the system, here's the test plan.' It won't bluff.
Can the dealership see my sessions?
On the individual technician plan, no. Your sessions are yours. On the Enterprise plan with role-based access, the service manager can see fleet-level metrics and individual session transcripts. Default is private.
